The 4th industrial revolution is already here and humanity has been inundated with technological revolutions that are changing or have already changed the way we operate daily, indirectly or directly. Some of the fast-growing trends in the technology of the future are Augmented Reality, Artificial Intelligence, Neural Networks, Blockchain technology, and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies.

The 4th industrial revolution is already here and humanity has been inundated with technological revolutions that are changing or have already changed the way we operate daily, indirectly or directly

IOT technology is one of the most important technological cores of the future, consisting of a dense network of physical and virtual objects that can sense the environment and act accordingly (contextual effect) leveraging on artificial intelligence and decentralized blockchain technologies to provide security and trust in transactions and message exchanges.

Communication between humans and computers have changed dramatically in the last decades.

We have moved from the perforated cards interface, the keyboard, the mouse, the touch screen and now we are using voice interaction, where the end-user can be informed for an event by giving phonetic orders to his digital assistant and be informed for example for his latest bank transactions, or to book an appointment with a bank advisor.

Mellon Technologies, an award winning specialized IT integrator leading the information technology industry for over 25 years in more than 10 countries globally, has developed a pioneering solution whereby the customer can communicate with the information provider of their choice through multiple alternative channels such as voice or chat.

With this solution, the customer can interact with various external systems such as setting up their smart home devices, communicating with their bank, his mobile carrier, calling a taxi, booking a ticket with their travel agency and can also ask and receive answers to questions such as the time of day or listen to his favorite music, all that by using his or her voice.

Human computer Interaction through voice

Many alternative communication channels are available and can be activated as needed. For example, the user of the application can interact through his mobile chat applications (Viber, Messenger, Skype) and other channels such as Twitter or from a web site, in each case receiving exactly the same services with a single implementation.

The growing market trend for automation stems mainly from the need to reduce the operating costs of customer service, the need for immediacy and availability on the customer side, and the rapid development and maturing of AI, Machine Learning, IOT & Natural Language Processing Services.

This solution is a smart chat platform for designing and completing tasks using Machine Learning Technologies, Natural Language Understanding, data analysis and reporting methods while it can work on multiple operating system platforms and support a multitude of communication languages.

With this solution one can make intelligent assistants for his business by removing the complexity of design and promoting interfacing with other systems achieving three main benefits.
